Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner.
• Basic ten-key skills.
• Professional verbal communication skills.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Process retail and commercial deposits with proper documents.
• Cashes checks, withdrawals, and cash advances within limits; verify documents.
• Operate terminal/computer to process account activity and resolve issues.
• Assist with night depository duties and cash handling tasks.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to staff as needed.
• Issue cashier's checks and perform safe deposit duties.
• Balance cash drawer daily and verify vault cash.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues within authority.
• Maintain records and logs; prepare wire transfers and reports.
