Job summary

The role requires basic math, professional communication, and reliability. You will also assist with vault tasks, balance daily cash, and cross-sell banking products as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Cashes checks and ensures proper authorization and limits.
• Operate computer terminals to process accounts and resolve issues.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to appropriate staff.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain vault accuracy.
• Assist with night depository tasks and related procedures.
• Answer calls and direct customers to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in opening/closing routines and handling routine reports.
