Job summary

Wheatland Bank's Downtown Spokane Branch is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative who will supervise the Teller team while delivering exceptional service to customers. • High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience.
• Ability to relate to customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for the branch and Branch Manager/Service Manager.
• Performs customer service functions including new accounts opening and customer inquiries.
• Keeps up to date with changes to products and services.
• Works with branch leadership to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Makes daily overdraft decisions with approval from management.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Branch/Service Manager.
• Ensures audit compliance and internal controls.
• Participates in professional bank organizations and community activities.
