Job summary

Mountain Pacific Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative I (Teller) for the Ballard branch in Seattle. This full-time, in-person role handles teller transactions, delivers excellent customer service, and supports sales of bank products.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of cash handling and customer service experience, and a valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine teller transactions accurately and independently (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Acts as backup for daily mobile route pickups.
• Builds relationships with customers through service and sales standards.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Balances cash drawer daily and prepares cashier's checks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
