Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex banking platform transition and modernization program.
Coordinate activities across multiple divisions, technology teams, finance, and external partners.
Establish and manage program plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate requirements gathering to document comprehensive business and technical needs.
Support business units in identifying process improvements enabled by new technologies.
Drive process reengineering and workflow optimization across divisions.
Ensure stakeholder alignment with regular communication, reporting, and governance meetings.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scheduling conflicts proactively.
Monitor program performance to ensure on-time delivery of objectives.
Partner with teams to support change management and adoption activities.
Utilize Agile and traditional PM approaches for successful execution.
Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and program documentation.
Support governance activities and decision-making across stakeholders.
Guide teams through organizational and technology-driven change initiatives.
