Job summary

My3tech is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the transition to a new Banking partner across seven divisions, ensuring timely delivery of revenue processing and related duties. The role requires coordinating across Banking partner resources, SCC leaders, OCC, and ETS to align objectives and milestones.

The ideal candidate will document comprehensive requirements up front and guide divisions through process changes to maximize the new technology and workflow efficiencies from the partner

Qualifications

Location: 1300 E Main St, Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)

CSM and SAFe are most desired additional certifications. Other certifications, including CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials, are nice to have. Please upload under the Reference tab.

About The Role

The SCC is looking for a PM to manage the transition to a new Banking partner for all its divisions and functions that either collect revenue, perform or support deposit duties and/or other monies processing in any capacity for the SCC (7 divisions).

This will require managing the overall deliverables and resources from all stakeholders, which include the selected Banking partner resources, the SCC representatives from each Revenue collecting division (6), OCC (Office of Commission Comptroller), and ETS (Enterprise Technology Services).

As new technology and services will be deployed, a key component will be to ensure a complete set of requirements are documented up front for each division. In addition, this role will need to facilitate and support the divisions to identify changes in current processes needed to streamline activities and take full advantage of the new technology available from the selected Banking partner.

Required Skills

• Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles or equivalent combination - 8 Years.
• Process reengineering & mapping experience - 8 Years.
• Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones and proactively managing cross-division dependencies - 8 Years.
• Experience with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments - 8 Years.
• Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives - 8 Years.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills - 8 Years.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms - 8 Years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI - 8 Years.
• Hands-on professional to support teams and management navigate through significant process changes - 8 Years.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability - 8 Years.
• Active PMP certification (please upload under Reference tab) - 8 Years.

Highly Desired Skills

• CSM and SAFe certifications - 8 Years.
• Experience with banking platforms and Oracle, or similar ERPs - 4 Years.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Revenue collections and/or cash management cycles and tools - 4 Years.
