Qualifications

• Ability to read policies and procedures and write routine notes.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers about Retail Accounts and services.
• Quote CD rates, loan payoffs, and respond to general loan questions.
• Explain bank products and promotions to customers.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments as needed.
• Process check orders, eBanking, and card-related requests.
• Investigate and resolve disputes and refunds where applicable.
• Search Bankway for customer inquiries and update records.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during calls.
• Process transfers and stop payments as requested.
• Handle disputes for Debit Card, Zelle, Bill Pay, and ACH.
• Request eBanking access and card limit adjustments.
• Troubleshoot Bill Pay issues and document issues in logs.
• Maintain a daily call log and adhere to assigned schedule.
• Complete required compliance training and stay alert on duties.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Operate with safety and customer privacy in mind.
• Demonstrate flexibility for shift times including weekends if needed.
