Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail banking operations or similar roles is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and administer branch operational efforts while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Train, direct, and supervise branch operations staff and back-up teller/new accounts coverage.
• Balance branch transactions at close and report financial data as required by regulations.
• Counsel customers and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Develop business and market existing and prospective accounts in the community.
