Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year of bank operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• 10-Key by touch.
• Understanding of debits/credits and general ledger basics.
• Strong reading, writing, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process exception items, NSF returns, and unposted transactions per policy.
• Verify signatures, contact customers, and manage stop payments.
• Balance EIM General Ledger daily and reconcile month-end ledgers.
• Review reports for death notifications and dormancy; process accordingly.
• Process wire transfers with accuracy and communicate with other departments.
• Cross-train and provide backup for other operation duties.
