We seek an Operations Reconcilement Representative I to perform daily/monthly reconciliations and research outages while delivering exquisite service to internal and external members.

The role includes reconciling loan GL accounts, training staff, and escalating any concerns to management. Compliance with AML/BSA rules is required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a financial or accounting environment.
• Exquisite member service skills in person, on the telephone, and through email.
• Ability to work independently, use logic and judgement, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office Products.

Responsabilidades

• Compile all daily reports from various internal sources.
• Reconcile all loan general ledger accounts daily.
• Research and clear outstanding entries timely.
• Train and provide guidance to bank employees for proper transaction entry.
• Note concerns, errors, or unusual activity to management.
• Adhere to AML/BSA regulations.
