Qualifications

• 2–3 years in loan operation environment with collateral perfection exposure
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real estate/related experience
• Working knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits) and loan documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers across business lines
• Prepare reports detailing loan activity and participation
• Coordinate accounting and reconciliations of SBA and participation loans
• Serve as operational point of contact for syndicated loans
• Prepare loan packages and disbursements for SBA and other loan programs
• Assist with development of department procedures and processes
• Audit loan documents for completeness and accuracy
• Manage document tracking and close loan files when applicable
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and training requirements
