The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, timely resolution of inquiries, and collaboration to minimize losses while maintaining accurate center reports. A willingness to support a variety of duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations and service-related responsibilities while adhering to Bank policy.
• Provide customer service that meets or exceeds service levels.
• Support customer service program objectives.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of existing and new offerings.
• Assist with monthly reporting and center operations.
• Contribute to teamwork and delivering The Citizens Experience.
