Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred.
• 2+ years banking operations experience preferred.

• Knowledge of bankruptcy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with banking inquiries via email and phone.
• Oversee account openings/closings, transfers, wires, and reconciliations.
• Learn proprietary software and stay updated.
• Research and resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Onboard new clients by obtaining bank requirements.
• Use SQL for daily data analysis.
• Escalate urgent issues and collaborate with BankOps as needed.
