Stifel is seeking a Deposit Operations Business Systems Analyst to administer core banking systems, manage user access, and drive operational reporting. The role partners with multiple units to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls across deposit operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking operations or related areas, with strong analytical and communication skills and experience with BI tools and core banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Banking operations and deposit-related processes knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with user access administration and controls.
• Understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core banking and operational systems.
• Manage user access controls across banking applications.
• Generate and distribute operational and analytics reports.
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, and operational issues.
• Support audits with documentation and remediation efforts.
• Participate in testing of system upgrades and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with partners to improve efficiency and controls.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
