Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to management.
• Review new account documents and reports, maintain data and track errors.
• Edit documents and create new documents including job aids.
• Assist in resolving problems with accounts, documents, customers, and vendors.
• Assist with new accounts items such as platform systems, IRAs, HSAs and other accounts.
• Establish new IRAs and set up auto distributions with IRS reporting.
• Collect, track, and monitor reports.
• Grant employee access to systems.
• Handle high volumes of calls and mailing tasks; maintain supplies inventory.
• Research for procedure development.
