Job summary

Dart Bank is hiring for an Office Operations Leader in Michigan. You will supervise Personal Bankers and Universal Bankers, coach sales professionals, and ensure professional service and development.

The role includes account opening, maintenance, and cross-selling, while safeguarding office procedures and security. You will collaborate with Training & Development to build programs, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff to meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer relations, sales and supervisory skills.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Personal Bankers and Universal Bankers.
• Develop training with Training & Development Specialist.
• Monitor staff sales performance and customer relations.
• Oversee office procedures, security and workflow.
• Conduct staff evaluations and compensation reviews.
• Open accounts and cross-sell products and services as needed.
• Assist with vault cash handling and currency shipments.
• Participate in community events to raise bank visibility.
