Responsibilities

• Supervises Personal Bankers and Universal Bankers and coaches in sales and professionalism.
• Oversees staff performance evaluations and compensation reviews for the Personal Bankers and Universal Bankers.
• Directs office operations, procurement, and staffing to meet sales goals and service standards.
• Manages staff scheduling, meetings, and training programs with the Training & Development Specialist.
• Handles customer questions and complaints and ensures resolution.
• Drives monthly sales goals and cross-sells banking products and services.
