Qualifications

• Typically 1–3 years of experience in an operations role.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in 10-Key and MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of banking policies and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and manage documentation within defined parameters.
• Resolve customer inquiries and perform operational analysis for compliance.
• Support a broad set of banking products including cards, retail and mortgage operations.
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain regular reporting and strive for process improvements.
