Qualifications

• Familiarity with banking terminology (investments, redemptions, ACHs, wire transfers).
• Proficiency with MS 365 tools (Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with quality service.
• Log client inquiries (phone, email, fax) with detailed descriptions in CRM.
• Maintain system access and knowledge; attend training seminars.
• Provide clients with precise transactional information to prevent losses.
• Perform ACH transfers, stop payments, wire transfers, and account maintenance.
• Identify client needs, conduct research, and offer solutions.
• Work well both in a team and independently.
• Develop a foundational understanding of core job aspects.
