You will assist customers with routine incidents and route issues to appropriate teams, while training KCN customers on our technology solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, on-site training at customer facilities, banking application support, and documenting activities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with frequent interaction with users.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
