Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Specialist to handle scheduling, implementation, and accounting for armored car services and bank card transactions. You will maintain client, customer, and supplier data, perform analyses, and support management with reporting.

The role requires an AA degree or 1–2 years related experience, strong math, and solid MS Office skills. Organization, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math, compute rates, ratios, and percentages; interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for day-to-day functions related to start-up and shut down of armored car services.
• Research and assistance related to missing cash claims for armored car services.
• Maintain an updated client, customer, and supplier management system.
• Prepare analyses and reporting on armored car service performance.
• Review vendor invoices for accurate billing and disputes.
• Document processes related to armored car vendor services.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and monitor expenses with finance.
