Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide feedback.
• Refer customers to various bank departments professionally.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
