Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old required.
• 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions and reliable service.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card orders, and more.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
