Ideal candidate brings a proven track record in Banking technology services sales, deep understanding of core banking, digital, data/AI, and the ability to engage CXO-level leaders across business, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology services sales, with 7+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing multimillion-dollar deals in BFS.
• Deep knowledge of banking ecosystems: core banking, payments, lending, channels, wealth, and risk/compliance.
• Deep knowledge of digital engineering, cloud, data/AI, and modernization programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new logo acquisition within the Banking & Financial Services vertical.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy focused on retail banking, commercial banking, wealth/asset management, payments, and risk/compliance segments.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build a strong, predictable pipeline and drive accountability for bookings, forecasting, and funnel.
• Create targeted account penetration plays leveraging marketing, alliances, and industry events.
