Qualifications

15+ years of experience in banking or financial services with digital transformation exposure.
Demonstrated success managing large accounts ($10M+ annual revenue) in a client partner capacity.
Deep familiarity with core banking systems, retail banking workflows, digital banking products, and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational engagement for a major banking client.
Deepen relationships, expand wallet share, and enable AI-led digital transformation across lines of business.
Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders (CIO/CXO).
Drive innovation in customer experience, digital platforms, core modernization, and data-driven decision-making.
