Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology advisory, or financial services.
• Demonstrated success managing and expanding strategic client relationships.
• Banking industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to banking clients by aligning West Monroe's technology capabilities to solve business challenges.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand footprint within existing client accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans that deepen client relationships and increase revenue.
• Connect client needs with West Monroe's full portfolio of technology and consulting services.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets across key client accounts.
• Maintain an active pipeline aligned to account plans and client priorities.
