The incumbent will support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business, performing client acquisition, engagement offer fulfillment, and research on complex financial products, while protecting client reputational risk.

Responsibilities

• Support Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment.
• Handle decisioning exception requests and conduct client-level research on complex financial products and offer qualifiers.
• Contribute to growth by improving client acquisition, activation, and relationship journeys.
• Process, review and execute multiple offer fulfillment inquiries and research tasks timely.
