What You'll Do:

  • We are seeking someone passionate about the innovation economy and eager to explore cutting-edge technologies that enhance client outcomes, including Cloud, AI, and Machine Learning within Banking and Financial Services across areas such as Commercial Banking, Capital Markets (Investment Banking, Wealth Management), and Consumer Banking.
  • The role requires managing and expanding relationships with existing customers in these industries, with a deep understanding of the Banking & Financial Services vertical
  • You should have a proven track record of meeting annual revenue and booking targets and possess the ability to communicate effectively while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CXO levels)
  • We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to grow and partner with clients to drive improved business outcomes
  • Strong motivation to sell services, solutions, and platforms to Banking and Financial Services clients is essential, along with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Key responsibilities include building, managing, and accurately forecasting a robust sales pipeline, as well as developing customer profiles and account plans aligned with revenue, booking, and margin targets at the account level
  • You will lead client meetings and pursue opportunities generated with the support of pre-sales, delivery teams, and external partners

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Ability to understand client business issues and develop a tailored roadmap to address them
  • Experience in successfully farming and hunting within assigned Accounts with a focus on solution selling in the domain
  • Strong sales skills, particularly in large deals, outsourcing, and transformation projects within a global delivery model
  • Proficient in customer profiling and account planning, setting and achieving booking, revenue, margin targets by service line
  • Lead client meetings and leverage support from pre-sales, partner teams, and external partners to drive business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Persistent’s partner Account Executives to jointly sell to both existing and new customers
  • Expertise in consultative selling, with a strong knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Ability to navigate and manage complex matrix environments
  • Strong focus on delivering client service excellence
