Job summary

ACNB Bank is seeking a Security and Fraud Specialist at our Gettysburg operations center. You will review fraud alerts and logs, question details, and connect the facts to prevent loss while supporting physical branch security.

You’ll escalate complex cases, manage SAR-related tasks, and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards. A background in branch banking and investigative work is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and banking experience are required.
• Front-end branch banking experience, conducting customer outreach, and handling branch security procedures are desired.
• Bring at least two years of relevant banking experience and examples of how you’ve asked questions, investigated unusual activity, communicated findings, and maintained accurate records.
• Working knowledge of banking operations and regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency will help you deliver results.
• A related degree or specialized training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn questions into loss-prevention action. Review fraud alerts, transactions, reports, and logs. Ask probing questions and escalate complex cases and SAR matters.
• Move suspicious activity concerns toward resolution. Gather relevant information and support investigations; manage the Suspicious Activity Form mailbox and keep records accurate.
• Help keep branch locations physically secure. Support vaults, locks, surveillance, and keypad entry systems; review daily alarm activity and coordinate vendor maintenance.
• Make records and communication dependable. Provide clear reports and retrieve surveillance footage; coordinate with colleagues so information reaches the right people.
