ACNB Bank is seeking a Deposit Services Specialist to join the Gettysburg Operations Center in Pennsylvania. You will manage complex deposit-account activity, resolve exceptions, and support colleagues while upholding strong controls and regulatory compliance.

The role offers growth in deposit services, risk management, and leadership within a trusted financial institution. 2+ years in related roles and a high school diploma are required; banking knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience, including at least one year as a Deposit Services Representative.
• Knowledge of deposit operations; knowledge of banking regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Master the workflow and complete routine account maintenance independently within 90 days.
• Process ownership changes, overdraft protection, transfers, sweep-account maintenance with proper documentation and authorization.
• Research and close discrepancies and resolve nonroutine customer-account matters balancing service, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Recognize, investigate, document, and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activity per controls.
• Maintain accurate, complete records and respond effectively to audits, examinations, and testing requests.
• Be a dependable escalation resource who can explain complex transactions and support colleagues in enforcing controls.
• Contribute to system administration, reporting, testing, workflow coordination, and process improvements.
