You will master deposit workflows, process ownership changes and transfers, and help maintain audit-ready records while contributing to risk management and operational enhancements within the bank's operations center.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience, including at least one year as a Deposit Services Representative or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of deposit operations; knowledge of banking regulations is preferred.
• A record of accurate work with strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Master the workflow within 90 days to complete routine account maintenance and transactions accurately and independently.
• Deliver accurate, timely processing of ownership changes, overdraft protection, transfers, sweep-account maintenance, adjustments, refunds, and related requests.
• Resolve discrepancies and nonroutine customer-account matters promptly while balancing service, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Protect customers and the Bank by recognizing, documenting, and elevating potential fraud or high-risk situations per controls.
• Keep records audit-ready and respond to audit, compliance reviews, and testing requests as needed.
• Raise team capability by acting as an escalation resource and explaining complex transactions to colleagues.
• Improve operational effectiveness through system administration, reporting, testing, and process improvements.
