Your Talent Team is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney for a top AmLaw 50 banking practice in New York with hybrid work. The role spans private credit, structured finance, syndicated lending, distressed financings, and growth capital, representing lenders and borrowers.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and other lenders, and/or borrowers and sponsors in a broad range of financings.

Responsabilidades

• Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements and related transaction documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.
