The ideal candidate will bring 4–6 years of structured finance and secured lending experience at a major law firm, with a proven ability to represent lenders, borrowers, and sponsors across diverse financing structures.
Qualifications
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 4–6 years of experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
- Experience representing credit funds and lenders or borrowers in complex financings.
Responsibilities
- Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in financing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related documents.
- Support receivables financings and other structured credit deals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver client service.
- Manage deal execution from diligence through closing.
