Your Talent Team in New York serves as a premier client partner for a top AmLaw 50 firm. This Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney role is based in New York with additional offices in Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, and Charlotte.

Ideal candidates will hold a JD from a top-tier law school with active NY Bar admission and 3+ years in securitization and structured finance. Strong CLO interests and prior large-firm experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• 3+ years of securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with a focus on CLOs.
• Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line facilities preferred.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise on structured finance and securitization matters, focusing on CLOs.
• Represent asset managers, investors, and underwriters in structuring and executing complex transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team to provide legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while advising on innovative financing solutions.
