Accounting Search represents a prominent AmLaw 50 firm seeking a mid-level Finance Associate Attorney in New York to work on sophisticated structured finance transactions. The candidate will represent lenders, draft loan documents, and coordinate due diligence across cross-border deals.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York.
• 3-5 years of experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO transactions.
• Experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.
• Prior large law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
• Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
• Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
