Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds, lenders, borrowers or sponsors.
• Familiarity with private credit, distressed financings, and growth capital deals.
• Strong client service, initiative, and attention to detail; large firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction documentation.
• Support receivables financings, structured credit, private credit, syndicated facilities, distressed deals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through closing.
