Qualifications

• Experience in document imaging, records management, or document management within banking.
• Advanced knowledge of OnBase (Optima) Archival System.
• Working knowledge of SQL and FIS Core System.
• Familiarity with FOS Statement Output Service and banking operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, VBA, Microsoft Query, and User Forms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage document imaging, archiving, retrieval, and quality control.
• Ensure processing deadlines and compliance standards are met.
• Support document management projects and system improvements.
• Maintain document storage, statements, reports, and offsite records.
• Partner with internal teams on audits, regulatory requirements, and process enhancements.
