Responsibilities

• Provide full customer service by assisting customers with account questions, reconciling statements, researching requests, resolving problems, and handling debit card matters.
• Educate customers and promote Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking professionally.
• Lead staff training and update materials and processes to sustain excellent service.
• Maintain knowledge of personal and business banking products, services, rates, and regulations.
• Enter and verify customer information in databases; process requests.
• Assist with bank mergers as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and flexible hours, including weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
