Job summary

pinnbank is seeking a motivated customer service and data entry associate to support customers via telephone, chat and email, ensuring policy compliance and accurate data handling.

This role reports to the Business Support Supervisor and involves setting up new customers, validating documents, answering customer questions, and assisting with related projects, while maintaining reliable attendance and a willingness to handle diverse duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fiserv internet banking software and general banking operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and co-workers.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sets up new customers in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Verifies accuracy of submitted customer documents and agreements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provides support of questions and situations to customers.
• Assists Business Support Supervisor with related projects as requested.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
