Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months teller experience.
• Training courses, or equivalent job experience, required prior to job placement per Teller Career Path Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments and negotiable instruments.
• Assist customers with safe deposit access when needed.
• Listen to customer needs and refer to appropriate staff to promote products and services.
• Balance teller drawer at end of shift and complete wrap‑up tasks.
• Process inquiries about checking and savings accounts.
