Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform regular teller duties including deposits and check cashing.
• Open and close individual and commercial deposit accounts and collect required documentation.
• Processed forms and reports (CTRs, SIRs) and other BSA reporting as necessary.
• Provide quality service to walk-in and telephone customers and advise on bank services.
• Support sales goals by informing customers about available products and services.
• Maintain customer accounts including deposits, CDs, IRAs, and other bank products.
• Answer calls, assist walk-in customers, and conduct customer research as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
