Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service experience recommended.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive banking experience.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Identify needs and connect customers with appropriate banking products and services.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Verify customer identity and account information; prepare checks and maintain records.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and perform maintenance.
• Assist with debit card services, wire transfers, online banking, and account documentation.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance responsibilities.
• Support branch team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements.
