Qualifications

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years of customer service experience.
One year of banking experience and/or one year of call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Process payments, transfers, inquiries, travel notes, disputes, research, check orders, limit increases, and debit card orders.
Assist with research and troubleshooting within Online Banking and Bill Pay.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and communicate with appropriate parties.
Transfer phone calls and information to appropriate personnel.
Perform additional tasks such as retrieving and responding to secure messages, verifications of deposit, and SSI/Accuity verification requests.
Provide information on bank services and handle situations requiring special handling.
Develop relationships with customers via referrals through the Connections software.
Maintain an organized and efficient work area and update internal phone lists.
Follow bank policies and procedures and maintain proper etiquette and regulatory compliance.
