• Assists with research and troubleshooting within Online Banking and Bill Pay.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues and communicates with appropriate parties.
• Transfers calls and information to the appropriate personnel.
• Retrieves and responds to secure messages, verifications of deposit, and SSI/Accuity verification requests.
• Provides information on services and maintains knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Builds relationships with customers via referrals and connections software.
• Maintains organized work area and updates internal phone lists.
• Follows bank policies and procedures and adheres to banking regulations.
