• Resolves customer inquiries accurately and politely.
• Assists with basic account services and digital banking support.

Responsibilities

• Receives and fields incoming customer service calls.
• Researches and resolves customer inquiries.
• Provides basic account services, including balances and transfers.
• Handles requests on accounts, cards, or payments; supports other teams.
• Supports digital banking, including passwords and navigation.
• Transfers calls to appropriate bank personnel or voicemail.
• Performs daily Synergy processing and other Deposit Operations tasks.
• Monitors excess transactions for risk indicators.
• Reviews On Us checks of $5,000+ for fraud mitigation.
• Performs daily mobile deposit review.
• Processes and tracks returned mail; notifies branches.
• Assists with check ordering as needed.
• Daily printing/mailing of debit cards and inventory audits.
• Utilizes bank software and technology proficiently.
