Qualifications

• Experience clerical support in financial services.
• Familiarity with imaging/document management systems.
• Ability to review and process loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system.
• Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system.
• Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
• Maintain and track loan collateral.
• Reviews and processes loan advances.
• Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
• Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
• Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.
