Killbuck Savings Bank Co. seeks an experienced Deposit Operations Support professional to provide internal help desk support for branch staff and the customer support center.

You will respond to requests, investigate fraud and errors, and ensure accurate processing of deposit operations including Reg E disputes, check adjustments, and quality control on new accounts. In this role you will balance ATM and internal checking accounts, monitor debit card activity, and perform monthly ledger

• Research and resolve difficult issues including fraud and errors.
• Complete and track Reg E disputes and errors.
• Prepare and maintain control over deposit processes and check adjustments.

• Perform internal help desk support for branch staff and customer support center.

• Research and resolve difficult issues including fraud and error investigations.
• Complete and track Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.
• Complete all check adjustments.
• Conduct quality control on new account setups and maintenance.
• Track daily quality control errors and report metrics.
• Balance ATM accounts and monitor debit card activity.
• Daily balancing of internal checking accounts and Bill Pay.
• Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide training on deposit processes to staff and support center.
• Maintain deposit procedure documents and checklists.
