Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Strong product knowledge for the level of selling and promoting bank products.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; flexible.

Responsibilities

• Models the bank's mission, vision, and pledge.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Supports customers by answering calls and assisting in sales/service needs.
• Meets referral goals and determines appropriate lines of business for referrals.
• Completes outbound calls as needed to support banking center needs.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of the bank's products and services.
