Citizens National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Teller) to provide exceptional customer service and perform teller transactions in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

The role reports to the Customer Service Representative Supervisor and is offered as a full-time position at a branch location. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and refer customers to appropriate bank areas.
• Safeguard assets and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain vault/ATM operations and daily reports as needed.
• Keep up with regulations, policies and product knowledge.
