Responsibilities include handling transactions, opening new accounts, and providing online banking support while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work well in a team.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates problem solving, confidentiality, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while performing banking transactions.
• Cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and related tasks.
• Balance cash and daily transactions for cash line, vault and ATM.
• Open bank accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, CIP and regulations.
• Maintain banking logs and comply with policies and laws.
• Support customers with online banking and debit card products.
• Understand and implement security controls for fraud awareness.
• Perform other operations duties as assigned.
